By ordering a Smart Packing kit you agree that you are buying a packaging product for 2D artwork, not a courier contract or insurance policy. Fit is determined by the maximum artwork size published on the product page. It is your responsibility to measure the work, including depth, so the foam can be cut correctly.

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Shipping is Australia only at the rate shown at checkout. Title and risk in the kit pass when it is delivered to the address you give Stripe.

We may refuse or refund an order if a kit is out of stock or if we cannot fulfil it. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
